Our AI receptionist can handle inbound calls, manage appointments within your existing systems, and ensure you never miss an important customer interaction.

In these Terms, when we say “you” or “your”, we mean both you and any entity you are authorised to represent (such as your employer). When we say “we, us,” or “our,” we mean Verbalise AI LTD.

These Terms, along with any Quote we may provide you, set out our commitments as a service provider and your responsibilities as a customer. You cannot use our Services unless you agree to these Terms and the Quote.

Some capitalised words in these Terms have specific meanings, and each time they appear, they carry the same definition. A list of these definitions can be found at the end of this document.

1. Definitions

“We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Verbalise AI LTD, the provider of AI-powered phone answering and appointment management services.

“You,” “Your” refers to the customer or website visitor.

“Services” means our AI-powered phone answering and appointment management services.

“Platform” refers to our website, software, and any related applications.

“Subscription” refers to the ongoing service plan chosen by you.

“Personal Data” means any information that can be used to identify an individual.

2. About Our Services

We provide AI-powered phone answering and appointment booking services for businesses. Our AI receptionist Ivy can handle inbound calls, provide information, and schedule appointments based on your setup.

2.1. Service Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, our AI system is not a human receptionist and may occasionally misunderstand or misinterpret information. You are responsible for reviewing and managing any appointments or information generated by the AI.

We do NOT provide:

  • Legal, financial, or medical advice.
  • Any guarantees that the AI will be 100% error-free.
  • Services outside of the intended purpose of AI-powered phone answering and appointment management services.

2.2. Beta Services

From time to time, we may offer new features or experimental AI capabilities as beta services. These are provided “as-is” and may be discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Account and Access

To use our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the past 3 months.
